The beauty of working with
Intermezzo is that it is so very versatile. You can knit it on a
#13 needle as a simple ribbon with different textures or you can
knit it as a “ruffle” as shown here. We have knit 10 rows of
Dune and then slid the knitting needle onto one square at the
edge of the ribbon and knit through the square and the stitch of
Dune. Then repeat, skipping 3 boxes along the edge of the
ribbon. This creates a ruffle on top of your work. Don’t you
just love it !!!
