This yarn has been named a few ways. For me, everything should be named after food.  The soft Nylon puff looks like little Tootsie Rolls on the base. Myrna calls everyone “Tootsie” as a term of sweet endearment. We both looked at the yarn and called it Tootsie for different reasons. This fun component can be worked along, blended with any lash component or worked along with Muse, Super Kid Silk or Dune. Fun colors that were dyed to match Segue and other wonderful Trendsetter Yarns.
