Minimum
opening order for Trendsetter Retail Store is $1500, Designers/Internet
$2000.

All
customers must supply us with a copy of their business resale license
along with a
completed credit application even if open credit is not requested.

Designers
must supply us with a list of 3 companies that purchase their finished
product.

Internet
must supply us with an active website.

We
reserve the right to refuse sale of our products to anyone that discounts.

Color
books, 4 in total, may be purchased for $100 and we will be updating
each season at no
additional charge when yarns are purchased during the season. A credit
of $100 will be issued,
upon request, towards an opening order minimum within 6 months of
color book purchase.
Color books will be sent at no charge when a minimum order is placed
with a sales agent.
Updates will continue for 1 year unless no activity and then the account
will be closed.

Extended
payment terms are given on INVOICED dollar amount NOT purchase order
amount.

Opening
orders are shipped C.O.D., Pre-Paid or by Credit Card unless open
credit can be verified.
Open credit will require 3 -4 weeks.

All
"BACKORDERS" remain open unless specific instructions are
given. All backorders shipped and
returned will incur a 15% restock charge. All returns must have a
"Return Authorization" number
on the outside of the box and must be returned within 2 weeks or they
will be refused.

All
returned checks will be subject to a $25.00 service charge.

Prices
subject to change without prior notice. Yarns subject to being discontinued
without prior notice.
